Material Preparation
Material preparation several value added services in addition to finishing your goods. Parts must clean and free from oils, debris or any substance that would prevent adhesion of the powder. From multi stage chemical washing to hand on prep we ensure all parts are ready for finishing. A proper hanging point is also required to establish a good ground to allow the powder to adhere to the part via electrostatic charge. We can work with your requirements and provide solutions to ensure you get the best finish as efficiently as possible

Powder Coating
Used for both functional (protective) and decorative purposes, powder coating has become the industry standard in durability and versatility. Utilizing the unique process of tinted powder application via electrostatic spray deposition, then curing in specialty ovens results in long molecular chains that result in an incredibly durable painted surface. Powder coating is also considered a green alternative to liquid paint while offering enhanced protection.

Coating
The start of the process begins with our hanging department. Utilizing the customer requirements parts are appropriately hung for maximum efficiency. Care is taken to ensure parts are washed, and free of defect. Parts are then coated with the desired color by one of our automated booths or by one of our experienced powder coating specialists. Once coated, parts will be cured before packaged to spec with care by our packing specialist. We take pride in delivering a superior coated product every time.
