We are proud to announce that after nearly 2 years of development we have implemented our new back office system. Our new system was custom designed just for us and our unique needs. This big upgrade now includes many tools to help us better serve our customers, such as the ability to attach drawings and req’s to parts and have them available at each cell on a tablet. We can also document a parts progress in real time and visually discuss any needs we may find. Communication is now instant between all departments and allows for a much smoother flow. We realize that you will not be able with our new toy, but all of our relationships will benefit from it.
